About North American Air Exchanger

North American Air Exchanger was established in 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic. Despite the challenges, the company has achieved remarkable success by delivering top-quality goods and services. Within an exceedingly short span, the company experienced exponential growth. In April of 2023, North American expanded its operations by acquiring a new facility located in Wagoner, Oklahoma. Today, North American is recognized as a reliable and trusted company, committed to consistently meeting the needs of its customers.

Blake Minton

Blake Minton is Co-Founder of North American Air Exchanger, where he brings a strong blend of technical expertise and business leadership to the air-cooled heat exchanger industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (B.S.E.T.) from Pittsburg State University in Kansas.


Blake has extensive experience in the technical design of air-cooled heat exchangers supporting upstream compression, midstream gas processing, and power generation applications. In his leadership role, he manages sales teams comprised of in-house engineers and outside representatives, aligning technical solutions with customer needs.



With more than 15 years of experience in business development, Blake has consistently maintained high customer retention rates while exceeding revenue forecasts through disciplined execution and long-term relationship building.


Rusty Kight

Rusty Kight is Co-Founder of North American Air Exchanger and brings more than two decades of experience across the oil and gas industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E.) from the University of Oklahoma.


Rusty has 23 years of experience spanning the full oil and gas value chain, from the wellhead through transmission pipeline operations. His background includes design engineering, applications engineering, supply chain management, field service, and business systems optimization.


This broad, hands-on experience allows Rusty to bridge engineering, operations, and execution, supporting practical solutions and long-term performance for customers.

charles anderson

Charles Anderson serves as Vice President of Finance at North American Air Exchanger, joining the company in 2024. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).


Charles brings more than 30 years of experience, primarily in manufacturing, where he has held senior leadership roles including President/CFO, CFO, Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller, and Operations Controller. His background spans financial leadership, operational oversight, and disciplined financial management in complex manufacturing environments.

Our Facility

North American's facility consists of a 33-acre property encompassing multiple shops, a substantial assembly bay, and 17 crane systems. Equipped with up to 120,000 lb. lifting capacity, we can accommodate products of any size. The on-sight lay down yard provides the means to house products for long and short term storage, with cautious packing and protection.
